Instructional Design & Creative

I'm an artist, designer and educator currently living in Las Vegas. After earning my Bachelors in Graphic Design from California State University, Fresno, I started working in digital media. I worked on some of the first iconic computer games such as: Kings Quest, Leisure Suit Larry and the Police Quest series. I went on to work on the first World Wide Web game portal design for AOL. I moved to Las Vegas to work as a Creative Director for Boyd Gaming Corporation to lead their casino-hotel web design teams.

In 2001 I co-founded WebPencil.com an interactive ad design firm. I created some of the first acclaimed online ads. I worked with hundreds of brands including the Obama 2008 and CareerBuilder. In 2009 webpencil.com was sold to Theorem Inc. where I remained in my role as Creative Director until 2013.

I have a Master's Degree in Education from UNLV and currently work as a licensed art educator for Clark County School District.
